"Dr. HVAC called immediately after I had scheduled my appointment to confirm the appointment. They called to let me know when the tech would arrive and then the tech (Brad) called to let me know he was on his way. Great customer service. Brad was able to come out the same day our air conditioner went down on one of the hottest days of summer. He was very professional, quick, and courteous.
