"Air/Heat system failed right in the time of temps in the teens. Company personnel came out right away, figured out the problem, and advised me of my options. We decided to have the entire system replaced. James showed up at 9 AM with temps in there low 20's, and by the time his assistant arrived approx. 20 minutes later, he had removed the old system and was hooking up the new one. He and his assistant (Tyler?) never stopped for a break and replaced the entire system in approx. 3 hours. After the system had run for approx 3 hours, we were only getting warm air. At about that time the project manager (Matt) called and I informed him of the problem. He called James, who came right over and eventually he and Tyler figured out the the problem was the new thermostat was defective (I figured it was probably made in China). These guys were courteous, friendly, and displayed outstanding expertise. Our compliments to them and to AIRE SERV. If these guys are an indication off the company's personnel, AIRE SERV is in really good shape. We recommend them highly."

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.
