Was the only one willing to come out and give an estimate. Responded to follow up questions by text at all hours. Most of the contractors trying to contact me hadn't even bothered to read the description of the work I needed. Some even had a $3000 minimum. But Morales Heating and Cooling had a clear grasp of the scope of work. Scheduling the work was easy and convenient, and the work was done efficiently. Only a couple of minor issues - the estimate didn't have sufficient detail on the full scope of work and materials to be used, but that was cleared up via text; and I thought the cost estimate was higher than I expected. However, given that the other contractors weren't willing to provide an estimate or had outrageously high minimums, I felt fortunate to be able to get the work done so quickly. Already discussing have them come out for another project - A/C maintenance."
