They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They cleaned up the area when they completed the job. "My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"So the job started because I had a water leak in my garage which was underneath my hot water heater so they had to rip out the door and replace all the plywood underneath my water heater because it it was soaked in water was dripping everywhere. So at the leak was found they removed all of the damaged sheet rock in their remove the doors to my water heater and my furnace then they use their blowers to dry the area out the used dehumidifier. They were fair they were honest on how long it would take to complete the job in they did a excellent job with cleaning all the mess in Hollywood it away and cleaning up the areas where they were.I would hire them to do any other jobs list Siri at my home because of their professionalism and honesty.
