"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "It went well. They saved me some money as well. I was told by another company that the water pressure was twice what it should be. They had told me I needed a pressure reduction valve. However, it was determined that the problem was being caused by my irrigation system. Andy was great and didn't try to sell me a pressure reduction valve that I didn't need."
