"Sheldon was very nice and was able to come to us the same day when others could not get to us until the next day or after. We already knew what the problem was and he did not come in and try to tell us it was something else, trying to make more money off of us. He even took the time to make sure it really was the problem that we had been told. He took his time and did not rush even though it was after 6 pm. He checked other rooms to ensure they all were heating correctly. Very professional, very nice guy and his prices were VERY reasonable. As a first time homeowner, we were trying to brace for a huge repair bill or worse having to get a new furnace. Sheldon made us feel secure that we were getting the job done and done correctly. "Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. "The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated. My furnace was over 50 years old and in poor shape. The job site was prepared and all the old components were removed leaving the site as clean or cleaner than when they started. The tech fully tested the heat and air conditioning systems and showed me how to use and set up the programmable thermostat. Great job all around."
