"This professional HVAC company is my go to. I called them on a Sunday during a really bad cold snap with no heat. Within an hour he was at my house diagnosing the problem. After switching out the entire board I still had the same problem. He asked me when was the last time I had the unit serviced. Sadly and with much embarrassment I said never. He removed a sensor that was covered in soot. Cleaned it and VIOLA !!!! I had heat. He was ultra reasonable with his fee. I mean after all we were in a severe cold snap and he couldâ ve overcharged me, but he didnâ t. Heâ s been my HAVC guy ever since!"

"Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. "This was the second plumber to look at the problem I was having getting heat to the third floor which we just renovated into a Media and Grandkid room. The other one supposedly got it working last summer but when I went to look at it this fall I couldn't even bleed the radiators. The 2nd floor too forever to bleed. Santiago came in and spent awhile diagnosing the problem and showed me that the circulating pump was not working properly. He also suggested (not a hard sell) that I thoroughly clean out the hot water gas furnace and the ducts to the chimney and check for carbon monoxide. I also asked him to check the thermostat. I had also asked my former HVAC/plumber to do that too. He had the proper tools for both these jobs of diagnosing. After installing the new twice as powerful pump and thermostat and thoroughly cleaning the ducts and checking the chimney with a photo HE AND HIS CREW STAYED FOR ANOTHER 1-1/2 HOURS TO BLEED EVERY RADIATOR AND MAKE SURE I ACTUALLY HAD HEAT. I'm impressed. Interestingly enough the former plumber kept suggesting a new furnace (which also might have cured the problem) but never gave me an estimate on upgrading the pump. Temperature Masters told me my furnace was fine."
