He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day. I was very satisfied the his performance then I signed up for an annual maintenance contract. for about $200.00. He said the contract would be emailed along with my receipt by email. I got the receipt but no contract. I sent an email asking for the contract and I have received nothing after over a week."
