"This company does not answer my phone calls. We never knew when they planned to arrive to work on our installations. We ordered three air conditioning units and three heating units. The last unit was a heat pump instead of a regular air conditioner but I allowed them to install the unit since we were told the fan would run when the temperature was below 32 degrees.. Lennox shipped the wrong unit. We were not familiar with a heat pump. The unit fan runs constantly and the installer will not return my phone call."

"We added a spacious garage to our home and wanted to install a mini split system while relocating our existing air conditioning unit. Since my husband and I were new to mini splits, we had plenty of questions. Taylor the owner of Shaffer’s heat and air was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best system for our house and garage. They sent Stephen out to handle the installation, and Stephen arrived right on schedule, proving to be both friendly and efficient. The project took two days, and on the second day, Taylor joined Stephen to wrap things up. They worked seamlessly together, completing the job on time with everything looking tidy and well-organized. It's been over a year since the installation, and everything is still functioning perfectly! We will definitely be using Shaffer’s heating and air for our next project! Thank you guys!"

"Richard Stout gets 5 stars all around. In addition to doing an excellent job for a very reasonable price, I was quite impressed with his character. When unforeseen problems arose in the difficult job of replacing the heat and air system in my old house, they were solved professionally with patience and ingenuity in a cool, calm manner with no complaining, frustration or bad language. He and his team got along perfectly with never a cross word. He did everything just as he promised and at the price he quoted. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
