He did a great job in getting the preparation work quickly and efficiently. He was very meticulous with the little details that enabled him to get the water heater installed and operating in a timely manner. [He did a great job of rerouting the water lines to and from the old heater.] He explained to my wife and myself how to start the water heater and some pointers for efficient operation. "Arranged free inspection of dryer venting, never before checked in 25 years. He came on time and was very agreeable about being sure to keep the outside door shut, as well as everything else. He immediately discovered the duct was flammable plastic and said I was lucky never to have had a fire. For a modest fee he replaced that with modern parts and cleaned out any debris. I am thinking of having him check the ducts for my heating and AC system, which also have never been checked in the 25 years since we bought this house. First time we have lived in the same house for so long. Have to learn to keep up maintenance better!"

He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway.
