"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

It consisted of in floor heat in the basement and garage, furnace, ac unit, all the duct work, and a tank that utilizes our boiler from the radiant floor for the hot water heater (which is amazing), and a whole house humidifier. He was very fair with pricing and his work is incredible. Cody has not only the knowledge and skill to do the work, but the attention to detail and pride in his work to actually make it look nice. Any time we show someone the house we receive comments and compliments (from both mechanically minded and noon mechanic minded people) of how great our hvac contractor did.
