"I had a complete replacement of an HVAC system. An attic air handler and outdoor heat pump was just installed. I used Moore Services. I love the guy , his integrity and the quality of his work. He is patient answering questions with a dedication to his customers well being. He calls when he says he will call and shows up when he says he will show up. He shows respect for not only my home but my cats as well. He is reliable, fair in price and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnâ t wait to leave this review because too often people leave reviews only when they are angry. They use the internet to vent their rage. Usually , but not always, it has nothing to do with the service they receive . They unjustly displace their anger and dissatisfaction with life onto an innocent contractor. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too.
