"Amazing. I "technically" had 3 quotes done. One whom stated they repaired the heating system said that it needed replaced. 2 service agents from 2 different companies came out and said my furnace needed replaced. They wanted money, plain and simple. Herlin Heating stated that we did not need to replace the heating system, just maintain better due to our animals and my child. SHOULD BE NOTED THE TECHNICIAN SAID THIS IN DIFFERENT POLITE WORDS. No other technician came out and inspected the vents/ducts, or even tried to see if the heating and air conditioning worked. The others gave me almost a 10,000 bid for both to be replaced. However Herlins Tech stated I had half life left on the furnace and it just needed cleaned. Amazing!!! Their honest saved me over 6,000 dollars! THANK YOU. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Definitely will be with them for life... as long as the techs are like this one. Honesty is always best,and gains customers for life!"

"I had a few plumbing jobs that Michael completed exceptionally well. First the initial meeting was great I told him the result I wanted and he advised me of how to get the those results, he was very patient and explained things. He gave me a written estimate and cost for everything broken down so I could pick and choose what I wanted done and what I could afford at the time. He fixed a broken pipe and installed an outside faucet, in addition I have had problems with the pipe installation of my irrigation system for the past 15 plus years I have lived at this location. Michael rerouted the pipes so the main water actually exited the home through the foundation and streamlined the entire system so it is lower to the ground, configured to reduce the risk of freezing and I am now able to access it easily. I also had him install a water softener and a mixer on the hot water tank. I really wanted a gas hot water tank and he explained why the cost of ventilating a gas water heater would not be in my best interest. The existing water tank was not installed per code so he redid the piping on the water heater so it is now per code. Over all I am really pleased with all the work and information Michael did at my home, he is very definitely "My Guy" for all plumbing needs."
