Although very busy, Robin, the woman who took my call, was responsive and knowledgeable and placed us on the schedule immediately, sending a technician out as soon as possible. It took a couple days, but this was July 4th week, and they were no doubt handling a lot of problems just like mine. The technician arrived at the designated time, diagnosed the problem and drove back to town and got our new fan and returned out and installed it the same day. He was very thorough and helpful, cleaning the unit and then remaining here until he was certain, after tests, the unit was performing correctly. We will keep Airstream's number handy and will call them again for help when the time comes. Very satisfied."
