The crew were very courteous and made sure to clean up the area before departing. They made sure I knew what all the changes were and how to set up the smart thermostats. They also went above and beyond by identifying and rectified a safety issues with my hot water system which was not part of the installation. The operation was very streamlined and I felt confident in my investment."

"a family owned heat &air company, open on sundays, did not reply our phone calls, a large family's ac quit working during the hot day. home advisor recommended i call 3 different companies and the home advisor operator would give each of those 3 our contact info... as i was hanging up the phone comfort concepts called me saying they were ready to get to work anytime that sunday- they did a great job"

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Chip, the repairman, was punctual, courteous and knew his job. Came on a Saturday to evaluate the job, picked up parts and came back Monday and was quick to replace the parts; ie: thermostat and heating coils. The price of parts seem high but I'm not the professional. It seems the previous owner of our house had some wrong parts installed that I didn't catch in the inspection before we bought the house. All is well now! I would recommend Eden's!"
