I signed the line for a completely new heat pump/air handler/thermostat package. Everyone from the sales estimator to the installers to the service technicians were very motivated to do their best. It was not “plug and play” however - the new system needed multiple service techs to even get the system fired up and working. Multiple problems coming from mistakes either from the factory product or the installers did not bode well for my ten Grand purchase! "My Heat Pump AC failed, and I called 2 other companies, and all they said was "you're on the list". Ron answered the call and came out, at the end of the day, and got my 20 year old system to at least work in AC mode. So, I asked about a replacement system, he gave me a price that was lower than some others, and arranged for financing, and came out and put in the system with 2 assistants. It is very well installed, much better insulated than the system we had and is very quiet and efficient. Airflow is much better than it was. Overall I strongly recommend Awesome as a repair service or for new install. They were very professional and reliable."
