"I planned to change out my old standard water heater with a tankless unit some time this year. Got an ad last month advertising JL Anderson does this so out of curiosity I called for an estimate and met with Richard a few days later. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install. We're loving this new system already and can't wait to see the benefits it shows over time. Once again they were great to show me my options, explain the process and provide a quick/simple install (only took a few hours-thanks Curtis!). I called them a few days later with a question unique to my situation-Joe took my call and was very helpful-just as he was years ago.
