"I called Weathershield because the pipes in the ceiling were dripping water from condensation and had ruined several placed on my ceiling.  Some of the vents themselves were "sweating".  Elizabeth answered (very professional and very delightful to deal with!) and I explained the problems.  When the technicians arrived they were very professional and soon identified the problem.  They removed the evaporator coil which turned out to be extremely dirty and used a special chemical to remove all of the dirt and debris from the unit.  They also removed the blower wheel and housing and thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel, motor and housing.  They performed a condenser flush and checked and adjusted the freon levels.  They stayed and made sure the unit was cooling properly.  I am so very satisfied with the service from this provider and the price !!!  I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who asks !

"Arrived at 9:30 am. Installation went smoothly. They took away the old system. Very happy with the new Carrier system. They showed me how to program the digital thermostat. I was without AC for a week because my old AC's condenser coil had a leak in the aluminum part. My condenser was mismatched with my air handler/evaporator so the whole system needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job and cleaned up the work debris after."

"Mr. Fernando came to our house after I put my request online on the BBB for a central air conditioner changout. He was on time and very customer oriented. He respected your property as always cover his boots. When he saw our AC did not work at that time, he offer to diagnosed it for us so he checked the freon level and saw it was low so he went back to his warehouse to get the freon tank to add to our system and he even replaced a blowned compacitor(?) and was able to get the AC running. He did not want to accept our payment for the repair and he did not want us to incur big expense on replacing a new ac system immediately if this unit is still working. He also gave us an estimate for a new system so we can compare with other company estimates as we need to later on. I am really appreciated his customer orientation and honesty so I am writing my first contractor review."
