He made observations about changing some configurations in order to help with airflow and cleaner air. They worked us in early since they knew we were down a system in the heat. Two gentlemen worked diligently to get both systems done ahead of schedule! After the system was installed I had some things I wanted changed with airflow and someone came out the next day to address my concerns.
