"I would like t have had the experts name, so I could call on him again. The only thing I didnt like was there was a brand new thermostat on the wall and he changed it and took it with him, we could have used it on another furnace, it was new. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded.
