"I recently experienced a problem with my heat pump unit. These units are very specific to the area they fit in and how they hook up. There are not a lot of options. I was told that I needed to replace it for over $7000 but while obtaining add'l quotes, the salesperson (Peter) from Majic Air came in and let me know the unit did not need to be replaced.
