"When the original AC installer wouldn't correct ongoing problems during 90* to 100* heat, they kept pushing out the days they promised to come out, which turned into weeks always with lame excuses. I decided to call Burke Plumbing and Heating and explained the problems to him, he called to see if the original company came out. After realizing that the original installers were never coming Jim Burke came out personally to correct the original problems. He spent the entire day on the weekend fixing all of the issues, when he could have spent the time with his family! He corrected all of the damage the original installers walked away from, including mismatched furnace and AC components.
