"My mother's boiler unexpectedly broke down and Home Advisor recommended Challenger Heating & Air. I spoke to the owner Jorge, who was very patient, answering all my questions and concerns. He explained the procedure and the required parts necessary prior to the install. Jorge and his crew, Chris and Christian were very courteous, performed a high quality installation and cleaned the area upon completion. After the system was fired up, Jorge checked all the radiators and made adjustments to ensure proper efficiency. In addition he repaired her toilet water line free of charge. The price was very fair. I would not hesitate to hire Challenger again and highly recommend their company for any HVAC needs. Excellent job!"

"Had a few radiators cracked and asked them to find a replacement for the antiquated ones in our house. They were very courteous and Professional; worked with me on finding one within reasonable time and budget. They even went out of their way to finish and address all new found issues with the job irrespective of the time of night.. Worked 12 hrs straight to fix all broken radiators on that zone and also came back the next day for the promised follow up. Very thorough. A separate issue resulted in another zones faulty controller.. They thouroughly investigated the route cause and switched it out that same afternoon. We had that zone working the same day prior to the anticipated deep freeze."

"Lou came right over when our hot water heater developed a leak early on a Saturday morning. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. While here he came across a cracked hose and an old, crumbling seal where the hose that vents from our furnace to our chimney. He immediately went back outside, got his tools and re-cemented the connection at no charge! Lou's prices are very fair and his communication skills are excellent. We knew before=hand what the job would cost and he kept us informed every step of the way. Lou is coming back this week to replace the cracked hose. We were so impressed with his work, that we are hiring Lou to do other necessary repairs that we have been putting off. It is difficult to find honest people who charge a fair price and do excellent work. We HIGHLY recommend Louis Bucci III! Thank you, Home Advisor for pairing us with Lou!"

"Tom called to confirm the appt. then called again when he was on his way. Diagnostic service was top notch but due to age of unit and company out of business, parts could not be found. Tom is a true Professional and although my AC could not be fixed I would not hesitate to call Tom again for other projects."

Justin thoroughly went through the diagnosis of two central ac/heat units, explained the problems, then explained what we needed to fix and what we didn't need to fix. Justin's prices are more then reasonable and fair NO COMPLAINTS. If you want excellent and stellar customer service with great communication. "Hector and Anton were extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing a boiler or water heater. The job they were contracted to do involved replacing two gas boilers and two water heaters with two combination boilers. The quote was very reasonable considering the scope of work and the time frame that they gave to complete it was relatively quick, but what stood out most to me was their level of customer service and knowledge of various options for the replacement system. They took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each option and were able to field any question I had. On top of that, several unforeseen issues were discovered along the way due to 1) incorrect installation of the legacy systems 20+ years ago and 2) faulty parts provided by the distributor. Despite these hurdles, Hector and Anton maintained an extremely positive attitude and continued to work day and night until the project was completed without adjusting the initial quote. Working with VIP HVAC has been one of the most seamless contractor experiences Ive had despite the small hiccups and I would highly recommend them!"

"Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."

"Amir and his crew are fantastic. I needed a new boiler and got the 3 traditional estimates. After reviewing all 3, Quick Cooling seemed to be the best bang for the buck. I know that the cheapest deal isn't the best deal, but to my surprise they were more than competitive and also offered financing if I needed it. Their product knowledge was amazing and Amir really took the time to explain all of my options, the pros & cons of each. Once we decided that the Weil McLain GV90+ was the one to go with, we set up the day. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time, put down clean drop clothes, and started to rock & roll. By the end of the day, the boiler with 3 zone heating and wi-fi thermostats were installed along with a new hot water heater (my old one was 15 yrs old and why take chances). The house was left spotless and warm. Bart, the expert installer went over all the functions and features. He Wouldn't leave until I understood everything and was completely satisfied. To sum it up.... Quick Cooling was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating or AC work."

"I could not be more satisfied with the work I just recently had done by AAA HVAC. I was first very satisfied and agreed with the quote for the work and was scheduled for the very next day. I quickly realized these guys meant business . They went right to work to replace my boiler and hot water heater. If you are looking for fast and top notch work, then do yourself a favor and give these guys a call they are experts at what they do and you will see for yourself. "I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. In conclusion, thank you Kyle for being genuinely you; kind, courteous, and professional. Whether you need a repair or want to prevent one down the road, get with Kyle and learn the ins and outs of how to optimize your home's heating and cooling. Schools in session. Thanks again! P.S. "This was the second plumber to look at the problem I was having getting heat to the third floor which we just renovated into a Media and Grandkid room. The other one supposedly got it working last summer but when I went to look at it this fall I couldn't even bleed the radiators. The 2nd floor too forever to bleed. Santiago came in and spent awhile diagnosing the problem and showed me that the circulating pump was not working properly. He also suggested (not a hard sell) that I thoroughly clean out the hot water gas furnace and the ducts to the chimney and check for carbon monoxide. I also asked him to check the thermostat. I had also asked my former HVAC/plumber to do that too. He had the proper tools for both these jobs of diagnosing. After installing the new twice as powerful pump and thermostat and thoroughly cleaning the ducts and checking the chimney with a photo HE AND HIS CREW STAYED FOR ANOTHER 1-1/2 HOURS TO BLEED EVERY RADIATOR AND MAKE SURE I ACTUALLY HAD HEAT. I'm impressed. Interestingly enough the former plumber kept suggesting a new furnace (which also might have cured the problem) but never gave me an estimate on upgrading the pump. Temperature Masters told me my furnace was fine."
