"Paul came and tested some things on our furnace because our ecobee thermostat kept restarting/cycling on cold mornings so it was taking a long time to get up to the temp it normally is for daytime. My husband suspected it was a sensor but turned out the censor was doing its job but turning things off because otherwise it would be overheating. We could have either replaced a part but likely have to do it again and the furnace was about 12 years old or just get a new furnace for less than twice the cost of the replacement part. We decided to just get a new, more efficient furnace. He came out on Wednesday to test, dropped off the furnace Wednesday evening and then installed Thursday afternoon. He even cleaned up some of the utility room and put in a new hose for our dehumidifier. Super good at communicating and really gave us a great price for a Lennox top of the line furnace! Would recommend!"
