"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... "Bought the Big Deal HVAC & Heating inspection to have the system checked. Supreme Air reached out the next day to schedule and was able to fit us in the same week. Chris called 30 minutes prior to arrival and within the scheduled window. Without having to ask, used shoe booties. Chris inspected and checked both systems along with inside & outside equipment. Spotted several small issues along with identifying the AC having low R-22. Was provided a quote for the repairs and notified they could complete the same day.
