The only complaint I have is that it's been 2 weeks and the old boiler is still sitting in my backyard, not happy about that, was told twice I'll get this week then the following week. "I recently experienced a problem with my heat pump unit. These units are very specific to the area they fit in and how they hook up. There are not a lot of options. I was told that I needed to replace it for over $7000 but while obtaining add'l quotes, the salesperson (Peter) from Majic Air came in and let me know the unit did not need to be replaced. The very next day I got an early morning appt and the technician (Chris) showed up on time and quickly determined it was the motor on my fan.
