"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters.
