"I had hoped that I could have my 58 year old heater fixed, and another company said they would be able to. But after talking to Mr Searls and hearing that my unit had been recalled 20 years ago, and that any money spent on repairing it would be wasted, I decided to get a new 3-ton heater. Since there is no AC, the cost for the heater alone at around $1,500 was less than I had expected. They came out the next day and replaced the old unit, gas line, intake and exhause venting in about 4 hours."

"I hired REM Electric off of HomeAdvisor. I would highly recommend this electrician. He does excellent work and came in under budget and on time. He had excellent suggestions on how to save money and how to get the results I wanted. He had no problem answering my questions or even letting me assist in some of the prep work for the job (which saved me more money). I would not hesitate to hire him again. He is not only very friendly, but exceptionally well informed about his trade. He was willing to work with me every step of the project and help me save money by his suggestions. I interviewed (and had bids from) over ten electricians to finally find one that I would work with and Mr. Robert Marland was that electrician. I had others that bid the project lower and others a lot higher but at time and material he was clearly well worth his rate. Wish I had found him sooner and that he was available for my other properties. This was an older (1964) one story residence that was in bad need of upgraded lighting and now the place is well lit and the remodeling is continuing. I replaced ten lights and added an additional 17 more along with two ceiling fans. Now, I can see even when working late into the night. Cannot say how much of a difference this makes. I would rate the quality of his work five out of five, in fact I would give them a six if I could. As far as his customer service once again five and five. As far as the value for the money spent an excellent value. I was able to go up in the attic and view his work and he takes exceptional pride in the quality and attention to detail even for work that is not normally seen by his customers. He is fast and efficient and well worth his hourly rate (I normally do not hire by bids but by hourly â job vs time and material)."

"This HVAC company is honest and professional, definitely the one to hire. I had another company replace my A/C units last summer and level the furnace, but the system broke down after 6 months. There were several parts of the system that they failed to repair or even inform me about. Reese spent the time to give me a fair and accurate estimate, and even encouraged me to get other estimates before hiring them! Lance the installer came out to replace my old furnace and repair a few parts of the A/C system that had been slapped together, but he went above and beyond to expand my attic access, improve the drainage and bring the whole system up to code. The A/C and heating work great now, and my family and I feel safer knowing that Lance put in the extra time to carefully check everything."

"When the apartment complex I live in changed management during Covid, it became impossible to get repairs done within my unit. I could grind my teeth and suffer through burned out light fixtures or patterned window screens, but when my heater went on the fritz in the middle of winter, I had to take matters into my own hand. Now, considering my heating unit is a gas and steam affair built into the wall and was probably installed close to 100 years ago, I was wary of getting it fixed by an outside party. My building's old management had a repair team who knew all of the finicky tricks and outdated parts of this antique but highly functional Heating unit. Fleetwood came recommended to me by a friend, and not only did they fix the unit as it was, they still managed to give it an up-to-date digital thermostat -- and the whole thing was over before I realized they had even started fixing it. I was so frustrated with my management that I almost resented Fleetwood's incredibly reasonable bill that I charged back to the landlord. Fleetwood definitely impressed me with their ability to navigate Jurassic era heating technology, and I would assume they are equally excellent when it comes to installing new models. Recommended."
