"Dillon was the scheduler and very professionally, let me know all the steps that would happen. He then called when the technician was running late because jobs were taking a bit longer. That was good news to me because it meant to me that the technician was not just going in and putting band-aids on the heating systems but taking the time to fix them. When the technician arrived, he came in with his backpack toolbox, which made me feel like he knew what he was doing (when they come in with nothing in hand, it makes me think they do not know what they are doing). Jared was the technician, and he is professional, he has had the training and experience and uses gages to troubleshoot. He got directly to the problem, focused on it, and fixed it. Absolutely the best experience with a furnace repair person. "Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."
