"Overall the service was great. The problem was a bad board on the HVAC system. The technician removed the board and shoed me the damaged part of the board. He was able to order a replacement board within 24 hours and installed the board along with the pilot light and a thermostat. Before you know it, our heat was back up and running in no time. M&J are truly a professional and up front HVAC service that I would with out any question recommend to anyone for great professional service Many thanks to M&J for their excellent service. "We met Tim the owner at the Homeowner show at the Convention Center. Surprised at how personable he was. Cynthia, who handles customer service was very amiable and eager to help. Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The truck had Dran's name and logo on it but Dran had no bill or receipt or any identification. He and his helper seemed somewhat familiar with my heating system. The system failed again two days later. can responded within two hours and made additional minor repairs. I haven't any further troubles since. I'm not happy with Goodman furnaces."

"I am very satisfied with the work done by Worley’s. I had a new HVAC system installed to replace an 18 year old system that had quit working. The price was competitive but the warranty and included maintenance sold me. The technicians that came to install my system were punctual, polite and efficient. It did take a little longer than expected due to some material issues but I was kept informed of the progress and delays throughout the process and I appreciated the attention to detail rather than rushing the job. Overall, this was a very smooth and easy process and I would absolutely recommend them for your HVAC needs."
