"In June of this year, an old (32 yrs. old) self-contained unit decided it was time to retire and communication was lost on the upstairs split system. With a family reunion scheduled within a few days the family at Giesbrecht installed new duct work to the upstairs to supply cool air until the part for the split system was delivered and a new self-contained unit was installed. Although I was an existing customer (2 new units about 6 yrs ago), this type of customer service was over and beyond any expectations. "A Saturday nite after hours call! Mr Palmer and his crew are heroes. I had just had my hvac serviced a few days before, and of course on a saturday night trying to go to bed, it quits working in ninety degree weather. My ac man forwarded my calls. Mr. Palmer and crew came out, and apparently the prior workers did some pretty important errors. He fixed everything that they did wrong, Went through the whole system and made sure it was up and running and our house was cooling again so we could go to sleep. "100/10! Riverside Heating & Air has gained a forever customer! We initially had another company quote us $4,600 to replace a compressor for one of our A/C units. Wanting to get a few quotes, we called several other companies including Riverside. When we called, we happened to be speaking to the owner, David. "Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. I have to say that my floors feel fantastic. No bowing. No bouncing. Plus their work is Lifetime!! So if we ever feel a problem we know just who to call!"
