"There is no need to look any further than Dr. HVAC for your heating and cooling needs. After my experience with them, I will never call anyone else. I initially called Dr. HVAC when we started noticing some noise from our basement furnace. Steve (the owner) was able to come for an estimate the same day, and we had a new furnace within the week. During the estimate he looked at both upper and lower units and gave us his opinion on what the most pressing issues were, as well as future work we should plan to have done. He also helped troubleshoot a problem we had with a "cold" bedroom, saving us countless time and money for work that ultimately wasn't necessary. We ended up deciding to replace our basement furnace and hold off on the upstairs furnace since it still has some years left on it. On the day of the repair, Steve called ahead with an ETA and arrived on time. He walked my husband through the issues he saw with our old furnace, which was great because my husband wasn't home for the estimate. The removal and install was smooth. Steve stayed for awhile after the install was complete to ensure the unit was functioning properly. He noticed afterwards that our humidifier wasn't installed quite properly (previous owners must have had work done on it) and took extra time to check to see if it was functioning. There was also a plumbing issue with the pipe leading to the furnace drain that was related to work that had been done while the previous owners owned the house. Steve took a couple extra hours to obtain the supplies needed to fix the problem even though the heater was already installed. He went way above what we expected and saved us the cost of having to call a plumber. Dr. HVAC absolutely went above and beyond any expectations we had to not only provide exceptional service and product but also to give us peace of mind knowing that the work was done properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of work that he does. I have Dr. HVAC's number saved in my phone and look forward to working with them in the future for our seasonal AC/furnace checks."

"After a few years of using other heating and cooling businesses I found Keith, he was always on time and ready to work. We had a few issues with our boiler system that was getting up in age and he said he could fix it but it may only last a couple years so we decided to just replace it. Keith gave us a great quote and was again prompt and thorough on installing the new boiler. We were so happy with him that when we needed AC work he was the first one we called, which we ended up getting a new AC unit as well as it was old and could have been serviced over and over again but now the new ones are more efficient and almost pay for themselves. "When there was a slight problem with the fixture he replaced, he returned within a few days of the initial job to check on it and fixed it without charge (because it was something to do with the wiring in the fixture). Overall, he explained our problems in a way that I could understand it and helped me make a good decision about whether to replace or repair fixtures. When we decided to replace a light fixture, he found a new fixture that met our needs and was a value ($15) compared to other specialty fixtures for pool tables ($250).
