"my air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day"

"Top energy solutions did a highly professional and skilled job in installing two furnaces and two air conditioners and also remove and install new attic insulation in my home. One furnace was gas and one was heat pump electric. If the installers were supposed to be on the job at 8:00am they were here. The installers were highly skilled and cleaned up at the end of each day. Every aspect of the job (planning, designing, installation, etc.) was done at a highly ethical, professional and skilled level. Based on my husbandâ  s and my experience, Top Energy Solutions deserves the highest rating possible and we highly recommend the company for heating and cooling solutions. We will not hesitate to use them again for other properties."

"Andrew was very good about communicating. When he had to cancel, he let me know. When he was 20 minutes out, he let me know. And he was on time! He and Anthony were very professional, courteous and knowledgable. They put shoe covers on their shoes before they entered my home. I appreciated that, not every contractor does that. They diagnosed my heating problem, which was not my antique floor furnace but my thermostat. Whew! Could have been much worse. I was charged $225 for the visit & installation, which I thought was kinda steep. But all is good and I have heat!! They even cleaned up the crumbs and dust on the floor from drilling holes into the wall for a new mount. I would definitely refer them and would use them again. Let's just hope I don't have to anytime soon!"

"Just be cool supply fixed my furnace for a great price thankful for them 🙏."

"My 40 year old HVAC died a horrible death in the middle of a 110° heatwave! We got 3 estimates and Season Control honored an estimate we received a few months ago when we were just exploring what the replacement cost would be. They honored their “winter rate”! Juan and Javier were clean, professional, funny and VERY HARD WORKING. Remember they were working IN that 110° heat! The lesson here? If you even just think you’ll need to replace your HVAC don’t do it in the summer when EVERY HVAC companies’ prices go up, and their availability goes down!"

"Well this is an easy review to write. I received bids from no fewer than 5 companies, and had a wide range of experiences. But SoCal Climate Control, was second lowest in price (the lowest was for much lesser quality equipment), but highest in value. I have a home built in the 40's, and while they asked about/ offered other services, it never had the feeling of an up-sale. In fact, they said I was over buying initially (what I asked for). I followed their advise and couldn't be happier. I replace 3 window AC units with a 4 head 3.5 ton mini split system. I had it installed in early May (it is now December) and this had to be the most comfortable summer ever in this house. The units in the bedrooms are so quiet I can hear quartz wall clocks ticking over them. They are also heat pumps, which will also replace my gas wall furnace. The install crew were very professional, very careful, and super polite. Thank you guys, a super job and a super product."

"Serg from West Coast was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and he repaired our furnace issue quickly. I would absolutely recommend hiring West Coast. I feel we were charged a very reasonable price, plus they took the cost of the service call off the repair cost."
