"I came home to no heat from my 3 1/2 year old HVAC system from sears. Unfortunately, Sears could not give me the emergency services I needed. It was 20 degrees out and the temperature was dropping. Long Lasting Services arrived 30 minutes after speaking to them on the phone and fixed the problem. I had heat within an hour. "I had a complete replacement of an HVAC system. An attic air handler and outdoor heat pump was just installed. I used Moore Services. I love the guy , his integrity and the quality of his work. He is patient answering questions with a dedication to his customers well being. He calls when he says he will call and shows up when he says he will show up. He shows respect for not only my home but my cats as well. He is reliable, fair in price and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnâ t wait to leave this review because too often people leave reviews only when they are angry. They use the internet to vent their rage. Usually , but not always, it has nothing to do with the service they receive . They unjustly displace their anger and dissatisfaction with life onto an innocent contractor. These people motivate me to leave good reviews. Credit should be given where credit is due. I have had many heating and cooling people service my unit throughout the years but when it came time to actually upgrade I went with Joe Moore! You wonâ t be disappointed!
