"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"When Tod (Boyd Services) came out to give us an estimate about the possibility of replacing our A/C ducts and balancing our system, he listened to our concerns and looked over everything thoroughly. Afterwards, he sat down and explained to us that he recommended a good duct cleaning and to make repairs to those ducts that needed it versus replacing them... a real cost saver. He gave us many options to choose from and explained each in great detail including the price. After reviewing his proposal versus his competitors, we chose his. We liked what he had to say and he came across as very honest. On the date of the scheduled cleaning he showed up on time as promised and got right to work. He stayed very busy all day long all the while doing all he could to keep our house clean. He was very polite and respectful and did everything he said he was going to for the prices he quoted. At the end of the day he said he would call us back the next week to schedule the duct repair. As promised, he did just that, setting up the appointment two days later. Again, he showed up on time and made the repairs as quoted. Im very happy to say our system is running much better (and cleaner) because of his work.
