"Emergency. Furnace went out overnight. Woke up freezing. Called G&R Heating. They (Adam), responded within one hour. Furnace couldn't be repaired - provided quote that was acceptable and accepted immediately. New furnace (and air conditioner) was installed within 4 hours. Total lapse of time from waking up to a cold house to new furnace (and air conditioner) was 5-1/2 hours. Excellent and superior customer service.
