He explained the procedure and the required parts necessary prior to the install. Jorge and his crew, Chris and Christian were very courteous, performed a high quality installation and cleaned the area upon completion. After the system was fired up, Jorge checked all the radiators and made adjustments to ensure proper efficiency. In addition he repaired her toilet water line free of charge. The price was very fair. "Amir and his crew are fantastic. I needed a new boiler and got the 3 traditional estimates. After reviewing all 3, Quick Cooling seemed to be the best bang for the buck. I know that the cheapest deal isn't the best deal, but to my surprise they were more than competitive and also offered financing if I needed it. Their product knowledge was amazing and Amir really took the time to explain all of my options, the pros & cons of each. Once we decided that the Weil McLain GV90+ was the one to go with, we set up the day. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time, put down clean drop clothes, and started to rock & roll. By the end of the day, the boiler with 3 zone heating and wi-fi thermostats were installed along with a new hot water heater (my old one was 15 yrs old and why take chances). The house was left spotless and warm. Bart, the expert installer went over all the functions and features. He Wouldn't leave until I understood everything and was completely satisfied. "I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. In conclusion, thank you Kyle for being genuinely you; kind, courteous, and professional.
