He showed me where to find it under alerts and he cleared it out for me. He expressed his condolences for the passing of my husband--they had struck up a friendship over the years. He checked the A/C system inside and went outside to check the unit out there. He came back and said everything was great. He asked if I had any further questions or if I needed anything done before he left. He was very pleasant to deal with."
