Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

He examined my old furnace and in a very short period of time made a quote for installation of a new furnace at a price almost half of what his competitors had offered and with a superior warranty. The NEXT morning a work crew arrived on schedule. All were very polite and supportive. They went about their task in an orderly and proper manner. Within 3 hours I had a new, working furnace.
