"I had them clear my condensate line on my AC. They showed up on time and did that work sufficiently. All is good on step one. The issue arose when I asked them to do a full maintenance check on my AC/furnace since I had been having intermittent issues with my heating coming on. And, unsurprisingly, they said that the repairs would have been in the thousands of dollars and my only realistic option would be to replace the whole unit. A few days ago I was able to completely resolve my heating issues by Googling the problem and subsequently doing a manual re-start on my Nest smart thermostat. Problem resolved by a flip of the switch and I saved 3K+ dollars by not listening to their expert advice. So, my only recommendation to anyone reading this is to ensure that when you hire big commercial AC company repair companies like Enoch, go into it with your eyes wide open. They do not pay a bunch of money for leads because they want to repair your system. That is simply the excuse to get their foot in the door. They want to find an older unit and sell you a new AC unit every time if possible. That is where the big bucks are in this business, not in repair. By and btw, I am confident that they would do a great job installing new systems. But there is little regulation of this industry and no incentive for them to just fix the issue and buy you another few years when they could cash in by telling you that your issue is beyond repair. Notice how most of their reviews here are about installing new units. That is because that is primarily what they advise everyone to do; And people trust them. Here is my expert consumer advice: 1. NEVER buy an AC/heat pump from the initial company that comes out to repair the unit and then tells you that you have no choice but to replace your unit. All you are doing is incentivizing bad behavior. 2. Get a second opinion from another AC company. If they diagnose the exact same thing, then ask for a full replacement bid. Then, advise them that they are competing. 3. Come back to Home Advisor and post that you need a new AC/heat pump and provide the exact size and model number. Then collect the bids, check previous reviews to ensure the company is reliable, and then select the most inexpensive offer. If you make them compete, you will typically save somewhere between 30-40% of replacement costs. Good luck but BUYER BEWARE."

"I had been experiencing uneven heating and cooling and high electrical bills for many years. My unit was also almost 20 yrs old and not working very well anymore. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. I still insisted on the Trane which by brand names is not the least expensive but was still at a very good price. His crew showed up on time during a day where it rained all day. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network.
