"Excellent experience from start to finish. Bill Walked me through picking out Best system and finance options. Installers went way above and beyond in Hot attic. Job site manage stopped by house later that night to make sure everything went well. That evening Owner Kinty Jones messaged me to make sure System was up and working and if anything else he could help with. You Can Not get better Customer Service than that. "On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
