Brett and Jake assessed the problem and determined that there was no problem contrary to what I was told by Temperature Docs "your system is fried, your only recourse is to buy a new furnace and air conditioner" for nearly $7,000! My air condtioner started working with a tweak of a knowing plier. I was not charged a repair cost only for the service call /diagnostic which was very reasonable. I asked Brett if my system looked "fried" and he said no. I was more than relieved that the situation was remedied so easily and economically. "On a Cold and Snowy 2nd day of Spring 2020, my heating system went out and got really cold in the house. Called Four Seasons to come out for an immediate repair. Four Seasons was able to come out within 2 hours. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the the problem right away and my furnace was up and running before the freezing night came. "These guys were great. Not only did they do all the furnace ducts. The proprietary dryer duct was disassembled cleaned and reassembled at their incentive. I’ve had other services show up at my doorstep with a fraction of the equipment and I turned them away. Mr. Duct is the only duct cleaning service I will ever recommend. The extra money is MORE than worth it."

"Emergency. Furnace went out overnight. Woke up freezing. Called G&R Heating. They (Adam), responded within one hour. Furnace couldn't be repaired - provided quote that was acceptable and accepted immediately. New furnace (and air conditioner) was installed within 4 hours. Total lapse of time from waking up to a cold house to new furnace (and air conditioner) was 5-1/2 hours. Excellent and superior customer service. I now have the heat back and am toasty and warm again. Great work G&R."
