"We are beyond happy with the work and professionalism of Porterhouse Cooling and Heating. I called for an estimate and they were out the next day. Then that same day they were able to get us set up for our work. They began the project only a day later. They truly were amazing to work with and supported us throughout the process. We needed a huge job done, because we switched from all electrical to adding gas to our house along with a furnace, water heater, air conditioner, and all new ductwork. We had multiple obstacles that most people did not want to take on. Porterhouse helped us come up with solutions and were very reasonable. They were extremely hard working and did a great job with our house. We love our new heating and air systems! We also have a new thermostat that is wonderful. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!"

"We decided to replace an outdated AC unit and furnace with a brand new heat pump and furnace. After speaking with a Four Seasons sales rep, we knew they were the best choice to go with due to their thorough assessment, knowledge of products, availability of service and overall transparency. And perhaps most importantly, they were not pushy and respect our decisions on what system we felt was best for our home. As with any expenditure of this nature, there will be some ironing out of details and inevitable bumps to get everything completed, but the overall experience amounted to an energy-efficient HVAC system that was installed with care and expediency. Their service technicians are also friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and available at a moment's notice. We are so glad that we went with Four Seasons."

"John & Jesus came to clean my duct work. I have 2 furnace system that is due for cleaning. My son has dust allergy . They were able to accommodate me same they I had price quote."

"My AC died on me in the middle of the night, so I texted them instead, using the Home Advisor App...They responded before I had my first cup of coffee in the morning! They sent out Art to help me shortly after hanging up... WOW !!! Art knew right away the problem and went to his truck for the part, and it was fixed in minutes. Even before the HOT SUN started to bake my house... I am extremely grateful. They now have me as a permanent customer for both my central air and heating systems... I highly recommend it."

"The best thing about this company was the communication via text and email. We also liked that they gave us a two hour window of time for the appointment rather than a four hour window. On the downside the service appointment went too quickly. The technician took the vacuum down to the furnace, but according to the main office our furnace only needed to be wiped out. We have lived in our hime for 20 years, and I believe that every time we had a maintenace check and cleaning by other companies the technician vacuumed the furnace. Also the technician arrived in a van with a different company name than the one we had called for the appointment. When we called the office we were told that it was indeed their van: they also own that company. But they failed to tell us this in advance."

"Let's start with the estimate. The owner himself, showed up to give me an estimate. Tyler is quite a driven young man. He kept the appointment time, was prompt and courteous. He COULD have sold me a super expensive setup. Instead, he looked at the issue, found that my system needs work. My a.c. went out on the hottest week we've had. He found the issue, was willing to fix it just to save me some money. He explained the pros and cons of fixing vs repair. We all know that service that comes out and does this and then slaps you with a crazy high estimate. I had this guys competitor come out the other day and gave me some ridiculous estimate. I wouldn't recommend Polar heating and cooling to anyone. But Comfort Wizards came out and gave me the best estimate I've had. He also offered me a 5% EMS discount! On top of the best estimate I've had!! I believe its a good practice to work with local companies and Comf0rt Wizards is the one im going with."

"Frostcore made contact with me immediately and we scheduled a same day appt. due to my AC Blower which had stopped working. It is a very hot and humid day and Sami and his business partner explained throughly what repairs were needed to get my AC unit working again. They gave me a fair estimate and final price and I intend to give Frostcore my repeat business. They were both very knowledgeable friendly and pleasant to work with and I welcome them as my future cooling and heating pros. Thank you."
