Keith said that the project was underbid by error but they stuck to the quote that was given to us. We had several men from the company working on the project. It was very hot and they stayed late to make sure that we had air conditioning over the weekend. The bottom line is that they did not cut corners and were neat and professional and most importantly delivered on their promise to give us a system that works well. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. "The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
