The technician explained what he was doing each step of the way. He gave me a few repair options and when I was unsure, he told me what he would do if it was his situation. He called a contractor he worked with to remove and install a piece of wet floorboard so he could finish his repair. I had company coming for Xmas and needed the repair done ASAP, and he was so helpful in getting it completed. Heritage always comes through for me - and Floyd was a pro!!
