"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. I can t say enough good things about Rudy s business ethics and timeliness. A+++++"

"Appointment was scheduled between 8am-4pm. Waited all day for the tech (Jeremiah) to arrive. Then received a phone call a little after 3pm indicating they needed to reschedule for the next day almost at the last moment. Needless to say, we got off to a rocky start, but Jeremiah did finally show up around 5pm, isolated the problem in less then 5 minutes, showed me what to do and what not to do when changing batteries out of the thermostat, and pointed out which fuse had blown keeping the furnace from coming on. In conclusion, they made this right, I received a well-needed lesson on minor furnace maintenance, and was able to get the furnace working again. Would I hire this company again? Absolutely, and if you are having problems with your furnace, you might want to consider these people as well!"

"The technician was on time and before arriving the office sent a picture along with his name. He was very courteous and professional. He determined that our system was working and that it is the way the vents are set up that is causing the problem. He suggested ways to improve the heat dispersal and later provided us with an estimate, as we requested. The noise was caused because something was loose so tightened some bolts and the sound stopped. Great customer service."

I have a small family room downstairs and all the wiring and cables were run through conduits that were exposed on my ceiling and walls and made the family room look "industrial"!!! Ross and his team routed and concealed all the wiring inside the walls and ceiling, added a new light fixture, installed new outlets and switches and after we painted the whole room it now has a homey feel to it and is now an enjoyable room to be in!! They were on time, very friendly and gave us an excellent quote and left everything clean and left no debris!! I will recommend them to anyone!! They will definitely come back to do other projects!!
