FS Group was referred to me by Angi. I must say I was really nervous about the company since there were no reviews on the website.. Franklin called the same day to discuss the issue with my furnace and we scheduled an appointment for diagnosis and estimate. Franklin was on time, kept in touch with his ETA, was very courteous and professional. Franklin was not displeased or irritated that I asked to see his license and willingly showed his documents to me. His knowledge and experience was a plus! Franklin was able to spot the source of the noise from my furnace and fixed it on the spot with a very inexpensive solution. He also spent some time assessing my entire system, made suggestions for efficiency and I didnâ t realize it but my filter was dirty - he pointed that out too. I was able to replace later on my own. Overall, great professional service, would 100 per cent recommend! FS Group will be my go-to for all future furnace/boiler issues.

Friday morning our kitchen sink was not draining. We called several plumbers in the Union County area. Few had immediate availability. The initial plumber that did show up wanted to start ripping apart our pipes without trying to snake the clogged drain first. When we called Rich Hoffman, he was taking some personal time off but had us text his crew with our concern. Paul and David showed up within an hour of our text. Caesar and his team did an outstanding job installing our new central air conditioner system. They were very professional, neat and clean. The pricing was the best we received for what we were requesting to be done from all the quotes and the quote was the final price. Every time I have a question and called Caesar he returned my call even on the weekend. We would highly recommend him and will use him for future projects.

We hired Ken of North Crest LLC to upgrade our electrical panel and install a new outlet. In the process, he discovered that we still had some dangerous old knob-and-tube wiring. So he checked and replaced multiple outlets, rewired a ceiling fan, and installed 2 replacement light fixtures. Thank you so much, Ken, for making our old house safer! We plan to hire Ken again to upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Would gladly recommend him to anyone!

I couldn't get my regular to come out to service the cooling units for the first & second floor, so I found Overall through Home Advisors. Sam called me immediately and scheduled to come out the following Friday...per my schedule. I was impressed with how thorough he was to ensure the units were clean and functioning properly. The older unit was extremely dirty and had a leak. Although a little more expensive, I realize pricing does make a difference in the kind of job a person does. I will be calling them whenever there's an issue and for yearly maintenance service. Thanks for the job well done, Sam! You get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Excellent customer service. Do your homework--his prices were fair on some things and very expensive on others. John is friendly and he and his staff are highly responsive. John worked well with my insurance company and also with the town. I would and am going to hire him again.

We were very pleased with Prestige Construction. We hired them for a small job to fix the squeaking in our homeâ s wooden staircase. They came right away to assess the job and worked with us on a fair price. The workers were knowledgeable and very professional. They completed the job the next day and did great work. The squeaking is completely gone and we are very happy with the quality of the work. We would work with them again!

I called so many Heating & Furnace companies this morning 12/4/2019. Some of them gave me appointments but it was next week. Our tenant has a Hair Salon and she had so many customers coming today. I went on HomeAdvisor. Put my information and within 2 seconds I got a call from Joe " Airecool Mechanical Inc" Guess what? Joe told me he be there soon he is working in Little Falls. I was the next stop.. He called me and told me he is here at my office. Few mins later he call me back on my cell phone guess what? The Tenant furnace is working. My tenant is happy and I was happy. I would highly recommend his company. Now I have his number in my cell phone. Joe paste a sticker on the furnance with his phone number. Again love Home Advisor.

Very pleasant service tech

Tony encountered an extremely difficult install because of the location of the cooling coil. It was necessary to remove sheet rock to gain access to the unit. He diligently assessed the project, selected and installed the appropriate equipment, and left the work area cleaner than he found it.

I hired another company to go and assess an air conditioner leak issue, had to pay them to just go review the situation and then received a quote which was clearly high. I called Abreu Air and ultimately they did the job for a very fair price ($350 compared to the $850 the other company quoted). They also got it done same day and with very little hassle. The guys were incredibly professional, quick and they did a quality job. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a quality, honest and reasonable HVAC professional.

Sheldon was nothing short of amazing. Given the supply limitations and increase in job orders he was still able to ensure our repairs were serviced and fixed in a timely and professional manner. He took the time to explain the reasoning behind each piece of equipment and what work was needed to be done within our budget. The project site was kept spotless, and his work was clean and professionally done. .

We had a complete system installed in a rental property. The condenser, coil and furnace were replaced. Hector and Dewey were very courteous and accommodating. They arrived on time, walked through the steps for the removal and installation. As they said up front, the installation would take a full days work. Though they ran into a few snags in getting the unit from the front of the house to the back; they took time and care in removing a door and ensuring it was reinstalled and working properly. By the time the job was completed they cleaned up the area and made sure the tenants understood how to run the thermostat. The next day they called to check on the status of the new unit and its operation. I would definitely use them again.
