"Austin went above and beyond expectations, a really thoughtful and caring guy. Had a 20+ y.o. system that keep burning through wires and capacitors. He was extremely insightful and honest and came out on very short notice multiple times until we finally got through all the Home Warrantee back and forth and eventually installed a new split system (gas). I own rental properties and BY FAR this was the best experience with HVAC I've had in my 50 years. You will learn a lot and get fast communication and service. "I was in the process of buying a house and my home inspector refered me to this company, Because he was unable to test the ac unit since there was not a thermostat hooked up. I mentioned to Heath I didn't have a thermostat hooked up and he said if I had one ready they could install it for free while they were out there...
Well since I wasn't closing right away I did not want to put in a thermostat and have to gank it back out if I backed out so he was very nice and said if I closed on the property they would install the thermostat the next time they were in the neighborhood and I was able to let them in. He stuck to his word 3 months later I called him up and he sent someone out to install my ac thermostat for free. These guys have my business as long as I own a ac unit and will get a referal any time someone asks me for a good ac company. On time and very courteous people.
