"Called for broken gas furnace. Came out and efficiently fixed the problem the same day. Would use again for repairs. They offered to deduct the price of the repair of a new system if we decided to change out the system since it is 18 years old. While the sales person was very nice and professional, he was a little pushy trying to sell us a system. Has called back numerous times. We ended up using somebody else who was offering a more efficient Lennox system (the brand Pipeworks was selling) for a few grand less."

He examined my old furnace and in a very short period of time made a quote for installation of a new furnace at a price almost half of what his competitors had offered and with a superior warranty. "Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."
