"Home Comfort Systems was professional, honest and fairly priced. Steve Bilica (owner) came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He made me feel comfortable, which is important to me as a single woman. His estimate was the lowest of three I obtained ($4150) and he was so honest, he advised that my current unit didn’t need replacing yet. (The only reason I was getting estimates was because some other cut-throat company told me I needed a new one...for $11k!!...due to a cracked heat exchanger. However, all the other companies I contacted for estimates said I did NOT have a cracked heat exchanger.) I decided not to get a new furnace in the end. It’s been running great, although I did need a new blower motor about five months after the estimate, so Jeff D installed it for me ($385). Way cheaper than a whole new unit, so I’m happy. I’ll definitely go with this company again for repairs and when it’s time for a new furnace."

"I wanted a two stage furnace and Bryant thermostat with electronic filter Two men came out with masks and gloves and did a great job all in one day. They cleaned up everything and took it all away. They even fixed a error in code on another furnace and they didn’t charge me for it. I thought that was good of them to point it out and fix it. Im very satisfied with the new system and the price I got I plan to use them again and I would highly recommend them"

"On Christmas Eve, our furnace, well past its warranty, began to fail. Shavitz responded quickly, and the technician, Ramiro, was able to provide a temporary fix to ensure we had reliable heat. Then that same day they were able to get us set up for our work. They began the project only a day later. They truly were amazing to work with and supported us throughout the process. We needed a huge job done, because we switched from all electrical to adding gas to our house along with a furnace, water heater, air conditioner, and all new ductwork. We had multiple obstacles that most people did not want to take on. Porterhouse helped us come up with solutions and were very reasonable. I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."
